Koshal Time, Bargarh celebrated the 122nd Birth anniversary of Nabakrushna Chaudhury: 30 luminaries were felicitated : Ommtv

The Koshal Time, fortnightly Newspaper of Bargarh celebrated the 122nd Birth Anniversary at Bhanja Kala Mandap, Bhubaneswar on 23-11-2023.

His excellency Honourable Governor of Odisha graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, Famous Communist Dr. Bhagwan Prakash was the the Chief Speaker, Padmashree Sudarshan Sahu was the guest of honour, Dr. (Prof)Subhransu Pattanaik had also joined as the guest of honour. Editor Koshal Time greeted and welcomed to the stage. After the national anthem the students of Vikas School of Bhubaneswar sang the opening song " Bande Utkal Janani". There was lightning of the lamp and the photograph of Nabakrushna Chaudhury was garlanded. Poet Prabhashini Hota gave the welcome note . His excellency Govornor Prof. Ganeshi Lal compared Nabakrushna Chaudhury with Krishna, as Krishna had enlightened Arjuna, so also Nabakrushna Chaudhury had shown the right path to Odisha. He described him not only as a Chief Minister but a friend of the poor. 

    He praised the Editor of Koshal Time Sanjib Kumar Mahapatra for his great efforts of arranging such a historic event. He told that one British magazine searched for two names, everyone expected the names of Mahatma Gandhi and Goutam Budhha will be chosen but surprisingly the name of the prime minister of Myanmar and the Chief Minister of Nabakrushna Chaudhury was chosen. The guest of honour Sudarshan Sahu said that two great people were born in Odisha ,one is Gopabandhu Das and Nabakrushna Chaudhury who were committed to the service of the poor. Dr. Subhransu Pattanaik presented his scholastic and research oriented talk. A presented a list of welfare works done by Nabakrushna Chaudhury during his time. His Landforms Act, Indian Cinema Act was passed in the Indian Parliament. He also said how Nabakrushna Chaudhury contributed for peacefully solving Kashmir problem, Naga Problem and Naxal problem. 

On behalf of Koshal Time people of 11 District of Western Odisha- Bargarh, Bolangir, Boudh, Deogarh, Jharsuguda, Kalahandi, Nuapada, Sambalpur, Sonepur, Sundargarh and From Athmallik block of Angul were felicitated. Those who were felicitated physically challenged, family members of the freedom fighters, poor and destitute who proved themselves worthy in the society also 30 people who have donated their organs were also felicitated. 

 Ranjeet Guru memorial award was given to the wife of late Rohit Biswal,the reporter of Dharitri Newspaper who had died in a land mine exploison at Mohan Giri of Kalahandi District. 

 At the end the students of Amrita Vidyalaya, Bhubaneswar sang " Bande Mataram", "Mangale Aila Usha"and performed Odishi Dance . Swandanika Pattanaik sang a devotional song. State awardee teacher Bisnaba Bhoi extended vote of thanks.

ବରଗଡ ଜିଲ୍ଲାରୁ ପ୍ରକାଶିତ ପାକ୍ଷିକ ପତ୍ରିକା କୋଶଲଟାଇମ୍ ଆନୁକୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରର ଭଞ୍ଜ କଳାମଣ୍ଡପଠାରେ ୧୨୨ତମ ନବକୃଷ୍ଣ ଜୟନ୍ତୀ ପାଳିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ଉକ୍ତ ଉତ୍ସବରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଓଡିଶାର ମହାମହିମ ରାଜ୍ଯପାଳ ପ୍ରଫେସର୍ ଗଣେଶୀଲାଲ୍, ମୁଖ୍ୟ ବକ୍ତା ରୂପେ ପ୍ରଖ୍ଯାତ ସ୍ତମ୍ଭକାର ଡକ୍ଟର୍ ଭଗବାନ୍ ପ୍ରକାଶ ,ସମ୍ମାନୀତ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ପଦ୍ମଶ୍ରୀ ସୁଦର୍ଶନ ସାହୁ, ଅନ୍ଯତମ ସମ୍ମାନୀତ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଅଧ୍ଯାପକ ଡକ୍ଟର୍ ଶୁଭ୍ରାଂଶୁ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଯୋଗଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ । "କୋଶଲଟାଇମ୍ " ପତ୍ରିକାର ସଂପାଦକ ଶ୍ରୀଯୁକ୍ତ ସଂଜୀବ କୁମାର ମହାପାତ୍ର ରାଜ୍ଯପାଳଙ୍କୁ ପାଛୋଟି ଆଣିଥିଲେ । ମଞ୍ଚରେ ଜାତୀୟ ସଂଗୀତର ଧୁନ୍ ବାଜି ସାରିବା ପରେ ବିକାଶ ସ୍କୁଲ୍, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରର ଛାତ୍ରୀମାନେ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭିକ ସଙ୍ଗୀତ "ବନ୍ଦେ ଉତ୍କଳ ଜନନୀ" ଗାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହା ପରେ ପ୍ରଦୀପ ପ୍ରଜ୍ବଳନ ଏବଂ ନବକୃଷ୍ଣଙ୍କ ଫଟୋଚିତ୍ରରେ ମାଲ୍ଯାର୍ପଣ କରାଯାଇ ସଭାକାର୍ଯ୍ଯ ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । କବୟିତ୍ରୀ ପ୍ରବାସିନୀ ହୋତା ସ୍ବାଗତ ଭାଷଣ ଏବଂ ବିବରଣୀ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ମହାମହିମ ରାଜ୍ଯପାଳ ପ୍ରଫେସର୍ ଗଣେଶୀଲାଲ୍ ତାଙ୍କ ବକ୍ତବ୍ଯରେ ମହାନାୟକ ଭଗବାନ୍ ଶ୍ରୀକୃଷ୍ଣଙ୍କ ସହ ନବକୃଷ୍ଣଙ୍କ ତୁଳନା କରି କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଶ୍ରୀକୃଷ୍ଣ ଅର୍ଜୁନଙ୍କୁ ଯେପରି ନୂତନ ଚେତନା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ ,ଠିକ୍ ସେହିପରି ନବକୃଷ୍ଣ ଚୌଧୁରୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ବିଂଶ ଶତାବ୍ଦୀର ଓଡିଶାକୁ ନବଚେତନା ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ସେ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ଏବଂ ନବକୃଷ୍ଣ ଙ୍କୁ ଓଡିଶାର ପରିଚୟ ଏବଂ ନବକୃଷ୍ଣଙ୍କୁ ଦରଦୀ ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଏବଂ ଗରିବଙ୍କ ବନ୍ଧୁ ବୋଲି ସମ୍ବୋଧନ କରିଥିଲେ । କୋଶଲଟାଇମ୍ ର ଏହିଭଳି ଏକ ସୁନ୍ଦର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଯୋଗଦାନ କରି ସେ ଆଚମ୍ବିତ ଏବଂ ଆନନ୍ଦିତ ବୋଲି କହି ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ଯଧାରା ଜାରି ରଖିବାକୁ ତଥା ଭବିଷ୍ୟତରେ ପୁଣି ଏପରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଯୋଗଦାନ କରିବାକୁ ଇଚ୍ଛୁକ ବୋଲି ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ ଏବଂ କୋଶଲଟାଇମ୍ ତଥା ତାର ସଂପାଦକ ସଂଜୀବ କୁମାର ମହାପାତ୍ରଙ୍କ ଏତାଦୃଶ କାର୍ଯ୍ଯକଳାପର ଭୁରି ଭୁରି ପ୍ରଶଂସା କରିଥିଲେ ।

ମୁଖ୍ୟ ବକ୍ତା ଡକ୍ଟର୍ ଭଗବାନ ପ୍ରକାଶ ତାଙ୍କ ସଂକ୍ଷିପ୍ତ ସାରାଂଶରେ କହିଥିଲେ ଯେ ଏକ ପ୍ରଖ୍ଯାତ ବ୍ରିଟିଶ ପତ୍ରିକା ପକ୍ଷରୁ ସମଗ୍ର ପ୍ରାଚ୍ଯ ଭୂଖଣ୍ଡରୁ ଦୁଇଜଣ ବ୍ଯକ୍ତିତ୍ବଙ୍କ ନାମ ଖୋଜାହେଲା । ସମସ୍ତେ ଭାବୁଥିଲେ ଗୌତମବୁଦ୍ଧ ଏବଂ ଗାନ୍ଧିଙ୍କ ନାମ ଆସିବ , ମାତ୍ର ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କୁ ଚମକେଇ ଦେଲା ଭଳି ଯେଉଁ ଦୁଇଜଣଙ୍କ ନାମ ଆସିଲା, ସେମାନେ ହେଲେ-ମିଆଁମାରର ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ 'ଉନୋ' ଏବଂ ଓଡିଶାର ମୁଖ୍ୟମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନବକୃଷ୍ଣ ଚୌଧୁରୀ । ସମ୍ମାନୀତ ଅତିଥି ପଦ୍ମବିଭୂଷଣ ସୁଦର୍ଶନ ସାହୁ କହିଥିଲେ- ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ ମାଟିରେ ଦୁଇଜଣ ପ୍ରତିଭା ଜନ୍ମ ନେଇଥିଲେ । ଜଣେ ହେଲେ-ଗୋପବନ୍ଧୁ ଦାସ , ଯିଏ ଦରିଦ୍ର ହୋଇ ଦରିଦ୍ରର ସେବାରେ ଜୀବନ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରିଥିଲେ । ଅନ୍ଯଜଣକ ହେଲେ ନବକୃଷ୍ଣ ଯିଏକି ଜଣେ ଜମିଦାରଙ୍କ ପୁଅ ହୋଇ ସୁଦ୍ଧା ଗରିବଙ୍କ ସେବାରେ ନିଜକୁ ଉତ୍ସର୍ଗ କରି ନିଜେ ଦରିଦ୍ର ହେବାକୁ ପସନ୍ଦ କରିଥିଲେ । ଅନ୍ୟତମ ସମ୍ମାନୀତ ଅତିଥି ଡକ୍ଟର ଶୁଭ୍ରାଂଶୁ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ତାଙ୍କ ମୂଲ୍ଯବୋଧ ଓ ଗବେଷଣାଭିତ୍ତିକ ତଥ୍ୟ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ନବକୃଷ୍ଣଙ୍କ ସମୟରେ ହୋଇଥିବା ଉନ୍ନତିମୂଳକ କାମମାନଙ୍କର ତାଲିକା ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ନବକୃଷ୍ଣଙ୍କ ଭୂବନ୍ଦୋବସ୍ତ ଆଇନ ଓ ଭାରତୀୟ ସିନେମା ଆକ୍ଟ୍ ସଂସଦରେ ପାରିତ ହୋଇଥିବା ତଥା କାଶ୍ମୀର ସମସ୍ୟା, ନାଗା ସମସ୍ୟା ଓ ନକ୍ସଲ ସମସ୍ଯାର ଶାନ୍ତିପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ସମାଧାନ ନବକୃଷ୍ଣଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା ହୋଇଥିବା ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିଥିଲେ । ଡକ୍ଟର ଶୁଭ୍ରାଂଶୁ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ଲିଖିତ "ଯୁଗଜନ୍ମା ବାପି" ପୁସ୍ତକ ଉନ୍ମୋଚିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା । କୋଶଲଟାଇମ୍ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପଶ୍ଚିମ ଓଡିଶାର ୧୧ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ଯଥା- ବରଗଡ଼, ବଲାଙ୍ଗିର, ବୌଦ୍ଧ, ଦେବଗଡ,ଝାରସୁଗୁଡା, କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି, ନୂଆପଡା, ସମ୍ବଲପୁର, ସୋନପୁର,ସୁନ୍ଦରଗଡ ଏବଂ ଅନୁଗୁଳର ଆଠମଲ୍ଲିକ ବ୍ଲକରୁ ସ୍ବାଧୀନତା ସଂଗ୍ରାମୀଙ୍କ ଦାୟାଦ, ଶହୀଦଙ୍କ ପରିବାରବର୍ଗ, ଦିବ୍ଯାଙ୍ଗ ପ୍ରତିଭା, ଦାରିଦ୍ର୍ଯ ସତ୍ତ୍ବେ ନିଜର ସାଧନା ବଳରେ ସଫଳତା ପାଇଥିବା କିଛି ଅନନ୍ୟ ପ୍ରତିଭା ଏବଂ କୋଶଲଟାଇମ୍ ଆନୁକୂଲ୍ୟରେ ଶରୀରଦାନ କରିଥିବା ଅନ୍ଯୁନ ୩୦ ଜଣ ପ୍ରତିଭା ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ ହୋଇଥିଲେ । ଲ୍ଯାଣ୍ଡମାଇନ୍ ବିସ୍ଫୋରଣରେ ନିହତ କଳାହାଣ୍ଡି ମୋହନଗିରିର "ଧରିତ୍ରୀ" ପ୍ରତିନିଧି ସ୍ବର୍ଗତ ରୋହିତ ବିଶ୍ବାଳଙ୍କୁ ସାମ୍ବାଦିକ ରଣଜିତ୍ ଗୁରୁ ସ୍ମୃତି ସମ୍ମାନରେ ସମ୍ମାନୀତ କରି ତାଙ୍କ ପତ୍ନୀ ମାଧବୀ ବିଶ୍ବାଳଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ମୃତି ଫଳକ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ ରାଜ୍ଯପାଳ ପ୍ରଫେସର୍ ଗଣେଶୀଲାଲ୍ ଏବଂ ସ୍ବର୍ଗତ ରଣଜିତ୍ ଗୁରୁଙ୍କ ପତ୍ନୀ ଅଧ୍ଯାପିକା ଡକ୍ଟର ସୁନୀତା ତ୍ରିପାଠୀ । ଶେଷରେ ଅମ୍ରିତା ବିଦ୍ଯାଲୟମ୍, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବରର ଛାତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କ ଦ୍ବାରା "ବନ୍ଦେ ମାତରମ୍" ଓଡିଶୀ ନୃତ୍ୟ ଏବଂ "ମଙ୍ଗଳେ ଅଇଲା ଉଷା" ସଙ୍ଗୀତ ପରିବେଷଣ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ସ୍ପନ୍ଦନିକା ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଏକ ଭଜନ ପ୍ରସ୍ତୁତ କରିଥିଲେ । ରାଜ୍ୟ ପୁରସ୍କାରପ୍ରାପ୍ତ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ବୈଷ୍ଣବ ଭୋଇ ଧନ୍ୟବାଦ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ ।
