Constitution Day Observed at East Coast Railway:OmmTV kalinga vikas

East Coast Railway observed the Constitution Day with solemnity and respect at its Headquarters, Rail Sadan, Bhubaneswar today. General Manager Shri Parmeshwar Funkwal led the observance, joining all Principal Heads of Departments, Additional General Manager Shri B.S.K. Rajkumar, senior officials, and staff in the collective reading of the Preamble of the Indian Constitution.

Constitution Day was also marked across all the Railway Divisions under East Coast Railway. The observance extended to major stations and various units across the zone. Railway personnel posted at remote locations actively participated by reading out the Preamble at their respective worksites, reaffirming their commitment to constitutional values.

The programme at the ECoR Headquarters was coordinated by the Principal Chief Personnel Officer. The observance highlighted East Coast Railway’s deep respect for the ideals enshrined in the Constitution and reinforced the importance of upholding these principles in daily functioning.

This initiative forms part of East Coast Railway’s continuous efforts to promote awareness and understanding of the Indian Constitution among its employees and stakeholders.

ପୂର୍ବତଟ ରେଳପଥ ମୁଖ୍ୟାଳୟ ରେଳ ସଦନ ଠାରେ ଆଜି ସମ୍ବିଧାନ ଦିବସ ପାଳନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବରେ ମହାପ୍ରବନ୍ଧକ ଶ୍ରୀ ପରମେଶ୍ୱର ଫୁଙ୍କୱାଲଙ୍କ ନେତୃତ୍ୱରେ ଭାରତ ସମ୍ବିଧାନର ମୁଖବନ୍ଧ ସାମୂହିକ ପଠନରେ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ମହାପ୍ରବନ୍ଧକ ଶ୍ରୀ ବି ଏସ କେ ରାଜକୁମାରଙ୍କ ସହିତ ବରିଷ୍ଠ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଏବଂ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ।

ଏହି ଉତ୍ସବର ଏକ ଅଂଶ ଭାବରେ ପୂର୍ବତଟ ରେଳପଥ ଅଧୀନରେ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତ ରେଳ ମଣ୍ଡଳରେ ସମ୍ବିଧାନ ଦିବସ ପାଳନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ସମ୍ବିଧାନ ଦିବସ ପୂର୍ବତଟ ରେଳପଥର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପାଳନ ହୋଇଥିଲା | ସୁଦୂର ସ୍ଥାନରେ ଅବସ୍ଥିତ ରେଳ କର୍ମଚାରୀମାନେ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିଜ ନିଜ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଭାରତୀୟ ସମ୍ବିଧାନର ମୁଖବନ୍ଧ ପଠନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ସକ୍ରିୟ ଅଂଶଗ୍ରହଣ କରିଥିଲେ |

ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ରେଳପଥର ପ୍ରମୁଖ କାର୍ମିକ ଅଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ଦ୍ୱାରା ସଂଯୋଜନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ପୂର୍ବତଟ ରେଳପଥରେ ସମ୍ବିଧାନ ଦିବସ ପାଳନ କରିବା ଦ୍ୱାରା ସମ୍ବିଧାନରେ ଦର୍ଶାଯାଇଥିବା ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧ ପ୍ରତି ସଂଗଠନର ଗଭୀର ସମ୍ମାନ ଏବଂ ଦୈନନ୍ଦିନ ଜୀବନ ଏବଂ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ଏହାର ନୀତି ରକ୍ଷା କରିବାର ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱକୁ ପ୍ରତିଫଳିତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା ।

ଏହି ପଦକ୍ଷେପ ଭାରତୀୟ ସମ୍ବିଧାନର ମହତ୍ତ୍ୱ ବିଷୟରେ ସଚେତନତା ସୃଷ୍ଟି କରିବା ସହିତ କର୍ମଚାରୀ ଏବଂ ହିତାଧିକାରୀଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସାମ୍ବିଧାନିକ ମୂଲ୍ୟବୋଧକୁ ପ୍ରୋତ୍ସାହିତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ପୂର୍ବତଟ ରେଳପଥର ପ୍ରତିବଦ୍ଧତାର ଏକ ଅଂଶ |
