DAVians of Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar celebrated 76th Independence Day amid various activities on the school premises on Monday. Chairman of the School Sri Sarat Chandra Mishra joining as the Chief Guest hoisted the tricolour in the presence of the Principal I/C Indira Bhattacharya and others. Sri Mishra appealed all to discharge their respective duties with utmost sincerity in order to realise complete independence in all spheres. Earlier in the morning a Tiranga Procession, Prabhat Pheri was organised by the staff of the School in the Sailashree Vihar locality to commemorate the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav . Spectacular parade by Civil Defence Students, chorus, several patriotic and cultural programmes were also presented to mark the auspicious occasion.
