(ଓମ ବ୍ୟୁରୋ) : ଦିନେ କିମ୍ବା ଦୁଇ ଦିନ ‌ନୁହେଁ ତିନି ଦିନ ହେଲା ଜଣେ ଅପରିଚିତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିଙ୍କ ମୃତ ଦେହ ଗଳିତ ଅବସ୍ଥାରେ ମଞ୍ଚେଶ୍ବର ଷ୍ଟେସନ୍ ନିକଟ ଉତ୍ତର କ୍ୟାବିନ୍ ପାଖ କାଳିଖମା ପୋଲ ନିକଟରେ ପଡ଼ିରହିଛି। ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଜଣଙ୍କ ଏକ ଆକାଶିଆ ରଙ୍ଗର ଲୁଙ୍ଗି ଏବଂ ନୀଳ ରଙ୍ଗର ଟି ସାର୍ଟ ପିନ୍ଧିଛନ୍ତି। ଚଳନ୍ତା ଟ୍ରେନରୁ ଗଳିପଡ଼ିହେଉ କିମ୍ବା ଟ୍ରେନ୍ ଆଗରେ ଧକ୍କାହୋଇ ଯୁବକ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ହୋଇଥିବା ଅନୁମାନ କରାଯାଉଛି। ଏପରିକି ସ୍ଥାନୀୟଲୋକ କହୁଛନ୍ତି କେହି ଯୁବକଜଣଙ୍କୁ ହତ୍ୟା କରି ଆତ୍ମହତ୍ୟାର ରୂପଦେବାପାଇଁ ପ୍ରମାଣ ନଷ୍ଟ ଉଦ୍ୟେଶରେ କାଳିଖମାରେ ଫୋପାଡ଼ିଦେଇ ଚାଲିଯାଇଥିବା ସନ୍ଦେହ ହେଉଛି। ଏସବୁ ନେଇ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ରେଳବାଇ ପୁଲିସ୍ ନିକଟରେ ସୂଚନା ରହିଛି ହେଲେ ସୀମା ବିବାଦରେ ଫସିଯାଇଛି ଅପରିଚିତ ମୃତଦେହ। ରେଳ ଧାରଣାରେ ମୃତ୍ୟୁ ଘଟିଲେ ରେଳବାଇ ପୁଲିସ୍ ସିଧାସଳଖ ଶବ ଉଦ୍ଧାରକରି ଅପମୃତ୍ୟୁ ମାମଲା ରୁଜୁକରିଥାଏ। ହେଲେ ଟ୍ରେନ୍‌ରେ ଧକ୍କାହୋଇ ରେଳଧାରଣାରୁ ତଳକୁ ଖସିପଡ଼ିଲେ ଲୋକାଲ ଥାନା ତା’ର ଦାୟୀତ୍ବ ନେଇଥାଏ। ମୃତ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିର ଶବ ୪୨୭/୩୧-୩୩ ମାଇଲ ଖୁଣ୍ଟ ନିକଟ ଅପ୍‌ ଲାଇନ କଡ଼ରେ ପଡ଼ିଛି। ରେଳଧାରଣାରୁ ଛିଟିକି ତଳ‌େ ଏକ ବୁଦାରେ ପଡ଼ିରହିଛି ଯାହାନେଇ ନା’ରେଳବାଇ ପୁଲିସ୍ ଏହାକୁ ଜବତକରୁଛି ନାହିଁ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ମଞ୍ଚେଶ୍ବର ଥାନା ପୁଲିସ୍ ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚୁଛି। ସେହି ବାଟଦେଇ ଯାତାୟତକରୁଥିବା ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଲୋକ ତିନି ଦିନ ହେବ ଯୁବକ ଜଣଙ୍କ ମୃତୁଦେହକୁ ଦେଖିଲେଣି। ଏନେଇ ଷ୍ଟେସନ୍ କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କୁ ସୂଚନାଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। କର୍ମଚାରୀଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ରେଳବାଇ ପୁଲିସ୍ ସୂଚନା ପାଇଛି କିନ୍ତୁ କେହି ଶବ ଜବତ କରିନଥିବାରୁ ଶବ ଫୁଲି ଗଳିତ ହୋଇଗଲାଣି। ଏପରି ସୀମା ବିବାଦ ଘଟଣା ପ୍ରଥମଥର ନୁହେଁ। ବାରମ୍ବାର କାଳିଖମାଠାରେ ଏପରି ବିବାଦ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ସବୁଠାରୁ ଆଶ୍ଚର୍ଯ୍ୟ କଥାହେଲା ଯଦି କାଳିଖମା ପୋଲ ଉପରେ କେହି ମୃତ୍ୟୁବରଣକରେ ଏବଂ ତାହା ତଳକୁ ଗଙ୍ଗୁଆ ନଈରେ ପଡ଼ି ଭାସିଯାଏ ତାକୁ କେହି ଉଦ୍ଧାର କରନ୍ତି ନାହିଁ। ସେ ଶବ ଗଙ୍ଗୁଆରେ ପଚି ମିଳେଇଯାଏ।  

For three days, not a day or two, the dead body of a stranger has been lying near the Kalikhama bridge near the North Cabin near the Mancheswar station. However, the local police takes the responsibility of the person who falls off the train. The body of the deceased was lying on the up line embankment near 427/31-33 mile post. Mancheswar police reached the spot and found him lying in a bush under the railway tracks, which could not be controlled by the railway police. Locals who were passing by saw the body of the deceased for three days. They informed the station staff. The railway police received information from the staff but no body was recovered. This is not the first time such an incident has taken place. Conflicts like this occur frequently. The most surprising thing is that if someone dies on the Kalikhama bridge and is swept away in the Ganges below, no one can save him. His body was found in a well.
