GCPE ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵର ଆଲୁମିନି ଆସୋସିଏସନର ବାର୍ଷିକ ବନ୍ଧୁ ମିଳନ ଉତ୍ସବ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵର ତା ୦୮/୦୬- ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଷ୍ଟାଡିୟମ ଟେନିସ ସେଣ୍ଟର, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵରଠାରେ ଶାରୀରିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ (GCPE) ଆଲୁମିନି ଆସୋସିଏସନର ବାର୍ଷିକ ବନ୍ଧୁମିଳନ ଉତ୍ସବ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ଉକ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନର ଶତାଧିକ ପୂର୍ବତନ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ଉତ୍ସବକୁ ସାଫଲ୍ୟ ମଣ୍ଡିତ କରିଥିଲେ l ପ୍ରାରମ୍ଭରେ ଦିବଂଗତ ଅଧ୍ୟାପିକା ଡ. ଭାରତୀ ଦାସ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟାନ୍ୟ ଦିବଂଗତ ପୁରାତନ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀଙ୍କ ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ନୀରବ ପ୍ରାର୍ଥନା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା l ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନର ସଭାପତି ଡ. ମନମୋହନ ରାଉତ ନିଜର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଅତିଥି ଓ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ସମସ୍ତଙ୍କ ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଵାଗତ ଅଭିଭାଷଣ ରଖିଥିଲେ l ଉକ୍ତ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଡ. ଦେବେନ୍ଦ୍ରନାଥ ବେହେରା ମୁଖ୍ୟଅତିଥି ରୂପେ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ। ନିଜକୁ ସୁସ୍ଥ ରଖିବା ସହ ସମାଜ ପାଇଁ ନିଜର କର୍ତ୍ତ୍ୟବ୍ୟ ସମ୍ପାଦନ କରିବା ଉଦ୍ଦେଶ୍ୟରେ ନିଜ ବକ୍ତବ୍ୟ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ସେ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ। ଅନ୍ୟ ଅତିଥିମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବର୍ତ୍ତମାନ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଡ. ସୁରେଶ କୁମାର ମହାପାତ୍ର, ଓଡ଼ିଶା ସରକାରଙ୍କ ଶାରୀରିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗର ସହ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଜ୍ୟୋତି ପ୍ରସାଦ ପରିଡ଼ା, କଟକ ରେଭେନ୍ସା ବିଶ୍ୱବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ଶାରୀରିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ଅଧିକାରୀ ଡ. ଅଞ୍ଜନ କୁମାର ଖୁଣ୍ଟିଆ, ଡିଏଭି ପୋଖରୀପୁଟର ଶାରୀରିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା ବିଭାଗର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ନବ କିଶୋର ମହାପାତ୍ର, ବରିଷ୍ଠ କ୍ରୀଡା ସଂଗଠକ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅଜୟ କୁମାର ନାୟକ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ନିଜ ନିଜର ଅଭିଭାଷଣରେ ଶାରୀରିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ସମସ୍ତ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ମାନଙ୍କର ଭୂମିକା ସହ କିପରି ଭାବେ ଓଡିଶା ଶାରୀରିକ ଶିକ୍ଷାକୁ ଶୀର୍ଷ ସ୍ଥାନକୁ ନିଆଯାଇ ପାରିବ ସେ ବିଷୟରେ ଆଲୋକପାତ କରିଥିଲେ। ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନର ପରମ୍ପରା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ଏହି ବର୍ଷ ମହାବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ଡ. ଦେବେନ୍ଦ୍ର ନାଥ ବେହେରାଙ୍କୁ ଜୀବନବ୍ୟାପୀ ଶାରୀରିକ ଶିକ୍ଷା କ୍ଷେତ୍ର ପ୍ରତି ଅବଦାନ ପାଇଁ ମାନପତ୍ର ସହ ସମ୍ବର୍ଦ୍ଧିତ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ସଫଳ କରିବାକୁ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନର ପୂର୍ବତନ ଛାତ୍ରଛାତ୍ରୀ ହାସ୍ୟ ଅଭିନେତା ଶଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଧାନ ସହ ଆଶିଷ ପ୍ରଧାନ, ସରୋଜିନୀ ପାତ୍ର, ମହାଶ୍ଵେତା ଷଡଙ୍ଗୀ, ନବ ପଣ୍ଡା, ଅମ୍ବିକା ମହାନ୍ତି, ଶତ୍ରୁଘ୍ନ ସୋମରାଜ, ମନୋଜ ସାହୁ, ସସ୍ମିତା ସ୍ଵାଇଁ, ଶକ୍ତି ମହାନ୍ତି, ସତ୍ୟ ରଞ୍ଜନ ରାଉତ, ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାମୟୀ ରାଉତ. ଜୟଶ୍ରୀ ରାଉତରାୟ, ସୁରଞ୍ଜିତା ଦେବୀ, ସରୋଜ ମହାପାତ୍ର, ଗୀତା ଦ୍ଵିବେଦୀ, ବିଦ୍ୟାଧର ସେଠୀ ଓ ଅନ୍ୟମାନେ ସହଯୋଗ କରିଥିଲେ। ଅନୁଷ୍ଠାନର ଉପସଭାପତି ବାସୁଦେବ ଭଟ୍ଟ ଆଗାମୀ ଯୋଜନା ବିଷୟରେ ଉପସ୍ଥାପନ କରିଥିବା ବେଳେ ସମ୍ପାଦକ ସମିମ ଖାନ ସମ୍ପାଦକୀୟ ବିବରଣୀ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ। ସହସମ୍ପାଦକ ଡ. ପ୍ରକାଶ ଚନ୍ଦ୍ର ପାଣିଗ୍ରାହୀ ଓ ଡ. ପ୍ରଦୀପ କୁମାର ଦୋରା କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ ସଂଯୋଜନା କରିଥିଲେ ।

ALUMUNI MEET OF GCPE CONCLUDED

Bhubaneswar-08/06- The Annual meet of Govt. College of Physical Education was concluded recently here at the tennis center of Kalinga Stadium. More that 100 old students of the college were joined on the occasion and expressed their experiences at the college and work field. The president of the association Dr. Manmohan Rout offered the welcome address to everyone. In the beginning two-minute silence prayer was conducted for the former lecturer of the college Late Bharati Das and others of the department those who expired. Joining as the Chief Guest of the occasion the former principal of the college Dr. Debendra Nath Behera, Guest of honours the present principal of the college Dr. Suresh Kumar Mahapatra, Asst. Director of Physical Education, Govt. of Odisa Jyoti Prasad Parida, Physical Education Officer of Ravenshaw University Dr. Anjan Kumar Khuntia, veteran sports organizer Ajaya Kumar Nayak     highlighted the role of the physical education teachers in present day scenario, the Govt. initiatives to develop physical education and sports during their addresses. The head of the department of physical education of Dav Pokhariput Naba Kishore Mohapatra highlighted the different schemes of Govt. and Do’s & Dont’s of a physical education teacher. The vice-president of the association Basudev Bhatt narrated the future programs of the association whereas the secretary of the association Shamim Khan read the Annual Report. Upholding the tradition of the association Dr. Debendra Nath Behera was felicitated with shawl, citation for his lifelong rich contribution to the field of physical education and sports. The presence of alumni and the comedy star Shankar Pradhan and treasurer Dr. Suranjita Devi and other alumni  like Sarojini Patra, Ashis Pradhan, Mahasweta Sadangi, Naba Kishore Panda, Ambika Mohanty, Satrughna Somraj, Manoj Sahu, Sasmita Swain, Shakti Mohanty, Satya Ranjan Rout, Bidyadhar Sethi, Sradhamayee Rout, Saroj Mahapatra, Jayshree Routray, Geta Dewedi had made the programme a successful one. The entire programme was coordinated by the Asst. Secretary of the association Dr. Prakash Chandra Panigrahi & Dr. Pradeep Kumar Dora.
