ECoR GENERAL MANAGER REVIEWED THE PROGRESS OF STATION REDEVELOPMENT : Ommtv

- Instructions given to speed up works - Projects are being continuously monitored by the Railway Minister. 

East Coast Railway General Manager Shri Manoj Sharma today reviewed the progress of Redevelopment of Railway Stations under ECoR jurisdiction with the concerned officials at ECoR HQs at Rail Sadan, Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar.Hon’ble Minister of Railways Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw is giving priority for the Development of Railway infrastructure of the region along with various project works going in Odisha and also is monitoring the developmental works regularly.Keeping in view the above, East Coast Railway General Manager Shri Sharma reviewed the progress of Redevelopment of Bhubaneswar, Bhubaneswar New, Puri, Cuttack Stations over East Coast Railway jurisdiction.Shri Sharma also advised concerned officials to speed up the ongoing work and also speed up the process for tendering and architectural planning to improve the overall aesthetic look of the Stations and to focus for the speedy completion of projects.Shri Sharma further advised officials to work with proper coordination with the all agencies from the grassroots to short-out issues raised during construction of public centric projects and further emphasised upon early completion of targeted works.Foundation Work for redevelopment of Puri Station has already been started. Shops, Enquiry Counter relocation at Bhubaneswar Station have been completed for redevelopment work. Similarly, Soil investigation is going on for construction of redevelopment of Cuttack Railway Station. Apart from this, the plan  for redevelopment of Bhubaneswar New Station is under finalisation.

ମାନ୍ୟବର ରେଳମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ଅଶ୍ୱିନୀ ବୈଷ୍ଣବ ଓଡିଶାରେ ଚାଲୁରହିଥିବା ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରେଳ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ସହିତ ଏହି ଅଞ୍ଚଳର ରେଳ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି ବିକାଶ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକତା ଦେଇଆସୁଛନ୍ତି ଏବଂ ବିକାଶମୂଳକ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଉପରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିରନ୍ତର ନଜର ରଖିଛନ୍ତି |
ଉପରୋକ୍ତ ବିଷୟକୁ ଦୃଷ୍ଟିରେ ରଖି ପୂର୍ବତଟ ରେଳପଥ ମହାପ୍ରବନ୍ଧକ ଶ୍ରୀ ଶର୍ମା ରେଳପଥ ପରିସୀମା ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଥିବା ଷ୍ଟେସନ ଯଥା ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ନୂଆ, ପୁରୀ, କଟକ ଷ୍ଟେସନର ପୁନଃ ବିକାଶର ଅଗ୍ରଗତି ସମୀକ୍ଷା କରିଛନ୍ତି |
ଚାଲୁରହିଥିବା ରେଳ ଭିତ୍ତିଭୂମି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକୁ ତ୍ୱରାନ୍ୱିତ କରିବା ଏବଂ ଷ୍ଟେସନଗୁଡିକର ସାମଗ୍ରିକ ସୌନ୍ଦର୍ଯ୍ୟକରଣରେ ଉନ୍ନତି ଆଣିବା ଏବଂ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ଶୀଘ୍ର ସମାପ୍ତି ପାଇଁ ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେବାକୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ଶର୍ମା ସମ୍ପୃକ୍ତ ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି |
ଜନସାଧାରଣ କୈନ୍ଦ୍ରିକ ରେଳ ପ୍ରକଳ୍ପର ନିର୍ମାଣ ସମୟରେ ଉପୁଜୁଥିବା ବାଧାକୁ ଏଡ଼ାଇବାପାଇଁ ତୃଣମୂଳ ସ୍ତରରୁ ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ ଗୁଡିକର ସମାଧାନ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସମସ୍ତ ସହଭାଗୀ ମାନଙ୍କ ସହିତ ସଠିକ୍ ସମନ୍ୱୟ ରକ୍ଷା କରି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାକୁ ଶ୍ରୀ ଶର୍ମା ଅଧିକାରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଥିବାବେଳେ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଧାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟଗୁଡିକୁ ସଠିକ ସମୟରେ ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କରିବାକୁ ଅଧିକ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱାରୋପ କରିଥିଲେ | ପୁରୀ ଷ୍ଟେସନର ପୁନଃ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ମୂଳଦୁଆ ସ୍ଥାପନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇସାରିଛି | ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଷ୍ଟେସନ ପୁନଃ ବିକାଶ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ ଦୋକାନ, ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ କାଉଣ୍ଟର ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ଶେଷ ହୋଇଛି | ସେହିଭଳି କଟକ ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନରପୁନଃ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ମୃତ୍ତିକା ଅନୁସନ୍ଧାନ/ପରୀକ୍ଷା ଚାଲୁରହିଛି | ଏହା ବ୍ୟତୀତ ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ନୂଆ ଷ୍ଟେସନର ପୁନଃ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ଯୋଜନା ଚାଦନ୍ତ ହୋଇସାରିଛି |
