ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵର ୦୫ /୦୧ : ଝାଡଖଣ୍ଡ ରାଜ୍ୟର ରାଞ୍ଚି ତଥା ପଞ୍ଜାବ ରାଜ୍ୟର ଜଳନ୍ଧର ଠାରେ ସଦ୍ୟ ସମାହିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଥିବା ଡିଏଭି ଜାତୀୟ କ୍ରୀଡା ଅନ୍ତର୍ଗତ ବାଳକ ଓ ବାଳିକା ବିଭାଗରେ ୧୬ ଓ ୧୩ ପଦକ ସହ ଓଡିଶା ଜୋନ୍ ଆଶାତୀତ ସଫଳତା ହାସଲ କରିଛି । ବିଗତ ବର୍ଷ ମାନଙ୍କ ତୁଳନାରେ ଚଳିତ ବର୍ଷ ଗୁଣାତ୍ମକ ସଫଳତା ହାସଲ କରି ବାଳକ ବିଭାଗରେ ୮ ସ୍ଵର୍ଣ, ୩ ରୌପ୍ୟ ଓ ୫ ବ୍ରୋଞ୍ଜ ପଦକ ହାସଲ ସହ ଚେସ ବିଭାଗରେ ଦଳଗତ ୨ୟ, ସୁଟିଂ ଓ କରାଟେ ବିଭାଗରେ ତୃତୀୟ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅଧିକାର କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେହିପରି ବାଳିକା ବିଭାଗରେ ୫ ସ୍ଵର୍ଣ, ୩ ରୌପ୍ୟ ଓ ୫ ବ୍ରୋଞ୍ଜ ପଦକ ସହ ଜିମ୍ନାଷ୍ଟିକରେ ଦଳଗତ ୨ୟ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅଧିକାର କରି ରାଜ୍ୟକୁ ଗୌରବାନ୍ନିତ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ଏଠାରେ ସୂଚନା ଯୋଗ୍ୟ ଯେ, ସ୍କୁଲ ଗେମ୍ସ ଫେଡରେଶନ ଅଫ ଇଣ୍ଡିଆ ଦ୍ଵାରା ଅନୁବନ୍ଧିତ ଏହି ଜାତୀୟ କ୍ରିଡା ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ ସ୍ଥିତ ଡିଏଭି  କଲେଜ ପରିଚାଳନା କମିଟି  ତତ୍ବାବଧାନ ରେ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶାଳୟ ରାଜ୍ୟ ର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ପ୍ରାନ୍ତ ରୁ କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟର ଏବଂ ଜୋନାଲ ସ୍ତରୀୟ ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗିତା ଆୟୋଜନ କରି ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଚୟନ କରିଥାନ୍ତି । ଡିଏଭି ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଶେଖରପୁର ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵରର ମାନ୍ୟତା ସିଂ ଏବଂ ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲ ଏନଟିପିସି / ଟିଟିପିଏସର ସ୍ଵୟଂଦେବ ସିଂ ଯଥାକ୍ରମେ ବାଳିକା ଏବଂ ବାଳକ ବର୍ଗରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ସୁଟର ଭାବରେ ବିବେଚିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। କଟକ ସିଡିଏର ମନୋଜିତ୍ ରୟ ବାଳକ ବର୍ଗରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ସନ୍ତରଣକାରୀ, କଳିଙ୍ଗ ନଗର, ଭୁବନେଶ୍ଵରର ପ୍ରୀତି ଝଙ୍କାର ଏବଂ ପୁରୀର ସେଲିନା ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠା ଟୁର୍ଣ୍ଣାମେଣ୍ଟରେ ବାଳିକା ବର୍ଗରେ ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠ ଜିମ୍ନାଷ୍ଟ ଭାବରେ ବିବେଚିତ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି। ବାଳିକା ବର୍ଗରେ ଡିଏଭି ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଶେଖରପୁରର ମାନ୍ୟତା ସିଂ (ସୁଟିଙ୍ଗ୍), କଳିଙ୍ଗ ନଗରର ପ୍ରୀତି ଝଙ୍କାର (ଜିମ୍ନାଷ୍ଟିକ୍) ଏବଂ ପୁରୀର ସେଲିନା ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠା ସ୍ୱର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ ଜିତିଥିବା ସ୍ଥଳେ ବରହମପୁରର ଟି. ସୁରଭି ପାତ୍ରୋ ଏବଂ ପୁରୀର ସେଲିନା ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠା ରୌପ୍ୟ ପଦକ ଏବଂ ଏନକେ  ରାଉରକେଲାର ସୁହାନି ମିଶ୍ର, ଝାରସୁଗୁଡାର ହ୍ରୀତିକ ମିଶ୍ର (କରାଟେ), ପିପିଏଲ ପାରାଦୀପର ବନ୍ଦନା ମାଝି (ଜୁଡୋ), ଡେରା ତାଳଚେର ର ନେହା ହାନସଦା (ଟାଏକୋଣ୍ଡୋ) ଏବଂ ପୁରୀର ସେଲିନା ଶ୍ରେଷ୍ଠା(ଜିମ୍ନାଷ୍ଟିକ୍) ବ୍ରୋଞ୍ଜ ପଦକ ଲାଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି। ସେହିପରି ବାଳକ ବର୍ଗରେ ଡିଏଭି ଚନ୍ଦ୍ରଶେଖରପୁରର ସାଇ ସ୍ୱରୂପ ବେବରତା, ଏନକେ ରାଉରକେଲା ର ହିମାଂଶୁ କୁମାର ନାୟକ (କରାଟେ), କଟକ ସିଡିଏ ର ମନୋଜିତ୍ ରୟ (ସନ୍ତରଣ), ତାଳଚେର ଥର୍ମାଲ ଏନଟିପିସି/ଟିଟିପିଏସର ସ୍ଵୟଂଦେବ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ (ସୁଟିଙ୍ଗ୍) ଏବଂ ୟୁନିଟ୍ -୮ ର ସ୍ଵୟଂଜିତ୍ କର (ଊଶୁ) ରେ ସ୍ୱର୍ଣ୍ଣ ପଦକ ପାଇଥିବା ସ୍ଥଳେ କଳିଙ୍ଗ ଏରିଆ ତାଳଚେରର ରାହୁଲ ନାୟକ (ଲଙ୍ଗ ଜମ୍ପ), ଝାରସୁଗୁଡାର ରୁଦ୍ର ପ୍ରତାପ ବାଗ (କରାଟେ) ରେ ରୌପ୍ୟ ପଦକ ଏବଂ କଟକ ସିଡିଏର ୠଷିକେଶ ସାହୁ, ଝାରସୁଗୁଡାର କ୍ରୀଷ୍ଣା ଯାଦବ ଓ କଳିଙ୍ଗ ନଗରରର ଆୟୁଷ ମିଶ୍ର (କରାଟେ), କଟକ ରାଜବାଗୀଚା ର ସ୍ୱୟଙ୍ଗଦର୍ଶୀ ସାହୁ(ଜିମ୍ନାଷ୍ଟିକ୍) ଏବଂ ଡେରା ତାଳଚେରର ସିଦ୍ଧାର୍ଥ ଗଣେଶନ(ସୁଟିଙ୍ଗ୍) ରେ ବ୍ରୋଞ୍ଜ ପଦକ ଲାଭ କରିଛନ୍ତି । ସେହିପରି ଶ୍ରେୟଶ ଶୁଭମ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ, ଆଦିତ୍ୟ ଅନୁର୍କତା ମହାନ୍ତି, ସ୍ଵଯାଂଶୁ ସାମନ୍ତରାୟ, ଆୟୁଷ ମହାନ୍ତି ଚେସରେ ରନର୍ସ ଅପ୍ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଡେରା ତାଳଚେରର ସର୍ବାଂଶ ମିଶ୍ର, ଦିବ୍ୟାନଶୁ ସିଂ ଏବଂ ସିଦ୍ଧାର୍ଥ ଗଣେଶନ ବାଳକ ବର୍ଗର ସୁଟିଂରେ ତୃତୀୟ ସ୍ଥାନ ଅଧିକାର କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଜୋନର ଏହି ଆକର୍ଷଣୀୟ ପ୍ରଦର୍ଶନ ପାଇଁ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ଡକ୍ଟର କେ. ସି. ଶତପଥୀ, ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଶ୍ରୀ ଏଲ୍. ଏନ. ପ୍ରଧାନ, ସହକାରୀ ଆଞ୍ଚଳିକ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଡକ୍ଟର ସୁଜତା, ଶ୍ରୀମତୀ ଇପ୍ସିତା ଦାସ, ଶ୍ରୀ ଏସ୍. କେ. ଭୋଇ, କ୍ଲଷ୍ଟର ଇନ୍-ଚାର୍ଜ (କ୍ରୀଡା) ଶ୍ରୀ ଏ. କେ. ମିଶ୍ର ଏବଂ ଶ୍ରୀ ବିପିନ କୁମାର ସାହୁ ବିଜେତା ତଥା ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷୟତ୍ରୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏଥିସହ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟର ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଶିକ୍ଷକ ଓ ଶିକ୍ଷୟତ୍ରୀମାନେ ବିଭିନ୍ନ ରେଳ ଷ୍ଟେସନ ଏବଂ ବସ ଷ୍ଟାଣ୍ଡ ରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି ପ୍ରତିଯୋଗୀମାନଙ୍କୁ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଯିବା ଓ ଫେରିବା ରାସ୍ତା ରେ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ରହି ଉତ୍ସାହିତ କରିଥିଲେ |

Bhubaneswar-5/1: Odisha Zone outshines by clinching 16 & 13 medals in the recently concluded DAV National Sports 2022 at Ranchi, Jharkhand & Jalandhar, Punjab for Boys & Girls respectively. Surpassing last year’s performance and enhancing the quality performance the Boys Contingent bagged 8 Gold, 3 Silvers, 5 Bronze medals in individual events with 2nd & 3rd place in chess & Karate respectively. Likewise, the girls contingent bagged 5 gold, 3 silver, 5 bronze medals in Individual category along with 2nd place in Gymnastic and made the state proud. This year 130 boys & 93 girls competitors and more than 35 escort teachers were participated from the state in this national event. To note the Regional Directorate is selecting the students from different parts of the state by organizing cluster and zonal level competitions for this event affiliated with School Games Federation of India (SGFI) and being conducted under the aegis of DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi. Manayata Singh of DAV Chandrasekharpur, Bhubaneswar and Swayamdev Singh of Ntpc/Ttps, Talcher Thermal adjudged as best shooter in both Boys & Girls category respectively. Manojit Ray of CDA, Cuttack adjudged as the best swimmer in Boys category, Pritti Jhankaar of Kalinga Nagar, Bhubaneswar and Celina Srestha of Puri adjudged as the best gymnast one and three in the girls category in the Tournament.In the Girls category Manyata Singh of DAV, Cspur, Bbsr (Shooting), Pritti Jhankar of Kalinga Nagar, Bbsr (Gymnastic) & Celina Srestha of Puri (Gymnastic) bagged the gold medal where as T. Suravi Patro of Berhampur (Sketing) & Celina Srestha of Puri (Gymnastic) bagged the Silver medal and Suhani Mishra of ANK Rourkela & Hiritika Mishra of Jharsuguda (Karate), Bandana Majhi of PPL, Paradeep (Judo), Neha hansada of Dera, Talcher (Taekwondo) & Celina Srestha of Puri (Gymnastic) bagged the Bronze Medal.In the Boys Category Sai Swaroop Bebarta of DAV Cspur, & Himanshu Kumar Nayak of ANK, Rourkela (Karate), Manojit Ray of Cda, Cuttack (Swimming), Swayamdev Pattnaik of Ntpc/Ttps, Talcher Thermal (Shooting) and Swayamjit Kar of Unit-8 (Wushu) bagged the Gold Medal where as Rahul Nayak of Kalinga Area, Talcher (Long Jump), Rudra Pratap Bag of Jharsuguda (Karate) bagged the Silver Medal and Rishikesh Sahoo of Cda, Cuttack, Krishna Yadav of Jharsuguda & Ayush Mishra of Kalinga Nagar, Bbsr,(Karate), Swayongdarshi Sahoo of Rajabagicha, Cuttack (Gymnastic)  and Siddhartha Ganeshen of Dera, Talcher (Shooting) bagged the Bronze Medal.Like wise Shreyash Subham Pattnaik, Aditya Anurkta Mohanty, Swaynshu Samantray, Ayusha Mohanty adjudged Runners up in Chess where as Sarvansh Mishra, Divyanahu Singh and Siddhartha Ganeshan of Dera, Talcher bagged the 3rd position in shooting in boys category.For this alluring performance of the zone the Regional Director, Odisha Dr. K. C. Satapathy, Regional Officer               Shri L. N. Pradhan, Asst. Regional Officers Dr. Sujata, Ms. Ipsita Das, Shri S. K. Bhoi, Cluster in-charges (Sports) Shri A. K. Mishra & Shri Bipin Kumar Sahoo congratulated the winners and the teachers. In order to encourage the participants the heads and teachers of different schools were present to see off during the teams onward journey and received during their return journey at different railway stations and bus stoppages.
