If they embrace teamwork and cooperative learning, matchless outcomes are bound to enrich them," opined Dr. Aurobindo Behera, former member of the Board of Revenue and eminent columnist.Delivering the foundation day lecture as the chief guest at the 38th Foundation Day celebrations of DAV Public School, Chandrasekharpur on Tuesday, Dr. Behera cited several examples from the sporting arena—particularly the recently concluded World Cup Soccer - to emphasize the power of collective effort.The event commenced with a welcome address by School Chairman Santosh Kumar Satpathy, followed by Principal Dr. Sujata Sahu highlighting the major milestones achieved during the school’s 37-year journey.Distinguished guests included Padma Vibhushan Sudarshan Sahu, DAV Regional Director and Founder Principal Dr. K. C. Satapathy, Basanta Manjari Satapathy, School Manager Dr. D. N. Mishra, alongside chairmen and principals from various DAV schools.To mark the occasion, the annual result analysis tabloid, Epoch 2026, was officially released. The ceremony honoured several achievers, including alumni who qualified for the UPSC and OPSC examinations, endowment prize winners, toppers of various all-India examinations, CBSE laureates, and staff members completing 25 years of dedicated service. The school's students also captivated the audience with a vibrant cultural performance.Earlier, a blood donation camp was organized on Sunday to mark the occasion. The Foundation Day celebrations commenced with a sacred havan, where Regional Director Dr. K. C. Satapathy joined as the chief guest. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Anjushree Pradhan.
