DefExpo-2022: KIIT-TBI Chosen as a Partner Incubator for iDEX : OmmTv

 KIIT Technology Business Incubator (KIIT-TBI) has been chosen as one of the five incubation partners for the Innovations for Defence Excellence (iDEX), a Department of Defence Production, Govt. of India initiative that aims to achieve self-reliance and foster innovation and technology development in Defence and Aerospace. This was announced at the Manthan Program during DefExpo-2022 in Ahmedabad on 18th October 2022 in the presence of Shri Rajnath Singh, Hon’ble Defence Minister of India; Dr. Ajay Kumar, Defence Secretary; Shri Sanjay Jaju, Additional Secretary, Defence Production; General Anil Chauhan, Chief of Defence Staff; General Manoj Pande, Chief of the Army Staff; Admiral R. Hari Kumar, Chief of the Naval Staff; and Air Chief Marshal V. R. Chaudhari, Chief of the Air Staff. As a partner incubator of iDEX, KIIT-TBI will build Defense-related startups' capacity and mentor them towards scale. The agreement was exchanged between KIIT-TBI, represented by Dr. Mrutyunjay Suar, CEO, KIIT-TBI and iDEX, Defence Innovation Organisation, Department of Defence Production, Ministry of Defence, Govt. of India. This is an important recognition and a great opportunity to work for the Indian Defence innovation ecosystem said Dr. Suar. Dr. Achyuta Samanta, Founder, KIIT & KISS congratulated Dr. Suar on this achievement of KIIT-TBI.

ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍‍ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବ କିଟ୍‍ ଟିବିଆଇ 

ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର,୧୯ ।୧୦: ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଉତ୍କର୍ଷତା ପାଇଁ ସର୍ଜନା (ଇନୋଭେସନ୍‍ ଫର୍‍ ଡିଫେନ୍‍ସ ଏକ୍‍ସିଲେନ୍‍ସ- ଆଇ ଡେକ୍ସ) ନିମନ୍ତେ କିଟ୍‍ ଟେକ୍ନୋଲୋଜି ବିଜିନେସ୍‍ ଇନ୍‍କ୍ୟୁବେଟର (କିଟ୍‍-ଟିବିଆଇ) ଏକ ସହଯୋଗୀ ଇନ୍‍କ୍ୟୁବେଟର୍‍ ଭାବେ ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଛି । ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଓ ଏରୋସ୍ପେସ୍‍ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଭାରତକୁ ସ୍ୱାବଲମ୍ବୀ କରାଇବା ଏବଂ ସର୍ଜନା ଓ ବୈଷୟିକ ବିକାଶ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ପୂରଣ ଦିଗରେ ଆଇଡେକ୍ସ ହେଉଛି ଭାରତ ସରକାରଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରାଳୟ ଅଧୀନ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ବିଭାଗର ଏକ ପ୍ରୟାସ । ଆଇଡେକ୍ସ ନିମନ୍ତେ ସମଗ୍ର ଦେଶରୁ ୫ ଇନ୍‍କ୍ୟୁବେଟର୍‍ ସହଯୋଗୀ ମନୋନୀତ ହୋଇଥିବା ବେଳେ ଏଥିରେ କିଟ୍‍-ଟିବିଆଇ ହେଉଛି ଅନ୍ୟତମ ଇନ୍‍କ୍ୟୁବେଟର ସହଯୋଗୀ । ଗୁଜୁରାଟର ଅହମ୍ମଦାବାଦ୍‍ଠାରେ ଚାଲିଥିବା ଡିଫେନ୍‍ସ ଏକ୍ସପୋ-୨୦୨୨ରେ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ  ରାଜନାଥ ସିଂହ, ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ସଚିବ ଡ. ଅଜୟ କୁମାର, ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ଉତ୍ପାଦନ ଅତିରିକ୍ତ ସଚିବ ସଞ୍ଜୟ ଜଜୁ, ସେନାବାହିନୀ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଜେନେରୋଲ ଅନିଲ ଚୌହାନ, ସ୍ଥଳସେନା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ମନୋଜ ପାଣ୍ଡେ, ନୌସେନା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଆଡମିରାଲ୍‍ ଆର.ହରି କୁମାର, ବାୟୁସେନା ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଏୟାର ଚିଫ୍‍ ମାର୍ଶାଲ୍‍ ଭି.ଆର ଚୌହ୍ୱାନଙ୍କ ଉପସ୍ଥିତିରେ ଏନେଇ ଘୋଷଣା କରାଯାଇଥିଲା । ଏନେଇ ଏକ ବୁଝାମଣାପତ୍ର କିଟ୍‍- ଟିବିଆଇ ମୁଖ୍ୟ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟନିର୍ବାହୀ ଅଧିକାରୀ ଡ. ମୃତ୍ୟୁଞ୍ଜୟ ସୁଆର ଓ ଆଇଡେକ୍ସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସ୍ୱାକ୍ଷର ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଆଇଡେକ୍ସର ସହଯୋଗୀ ଇନ୍‍କ୍ୟୁବେଟର୍‍ ଭାବେ କିଟ୍‍ -ଟିବିଆଇ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ସମ୍ପର୍କିତ ଷ୍ଟାର୍ଟଅପ୍‍ର କ୍ଷମତା ନିର୍ମାଣ କରିବା ସହ ଏହାର ଅଭିବୃଦ୍ଧି ଦିଗରେ ମାର୍ଗଦର୍ଶନ କରିବ ବୋଲି ଡ. ସୁଆର କହିଛନ୍ତି । କିଟ୍‍-ଟିବିଆଇକୁ ଏହା ଏକ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ସ୍ୱୀକୃତି ଏବଂ ଭାରତୀୟ ପ୍ରତିରକ୍ଷା ସର୍ଜନା ଇକୋସିଷ୍ଟମ୍‍ ପାଇଁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ କରିବାର ଏହା ଏକ ବଡ଼ ସୁଯୋଗ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି । କିଟ୍‍- ଟିବିଆଇର ଏହି ସଫଳତା ପାଇଁ କିଟ୍‍ ଓ କିସ୍‍ର ପ୍ରତିଷ୍ଠାତା ଅଚ୍ୟୁତ ସାମନ୍ତ ଆନନ୍ଦ ପ୍ରକାଶ କରିବା ସହ ଡ. ସୁଆରଙ୍କୁ ଅଭିନନ୍ଦନ ଜଣାଇଛନ୍ତି ।
