ଭୁବନେଶ୍ବର:(ଓମ): ବିଜେପି ଶାସନକୁ ଆସିବା ପରେ ବିଏମ୍‌ସିକୁ ପ୍ରଥମ ସଟ୍ ଲାଗିଛି। ବଡ଼ଗଡ଼ରେ ୱାର୍ଡ ୫୭ର ୱାର୍ଡ ଅଫିସ୍‌ ନିର୍ମାଣରେ ପୃଣ୍ଣଛେଦ ଲାଗିଛି। ଏହି ଜାଗାରେ ଡାକଘର ନିର୍ମାଣ କରାଯିବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା ହୋଇଛି। ଆସନ୍ତା ଲ୍ୟାଣ୍ଡ ଆଲଟ୍‌ମେଣ୍ଟ କମିଟିରେ ଏହି ପ୍ରସଙ୍ଗ ଉପସ୍ଥାପିତ ହେବା ପରେ ଚୁଡ଼ାନ୍ତ ନିଷ୍ପତ୍ତି ନିଆଯିବ। ସେ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟନ୍ତ ଏଠାରେ ବିଏମ୍‌ସି ନିର୍ମାଣ ବନ୍ଦ ରଖୁ ବୋଲି ସାଧାରଣ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ଓ ସାଧାରଣ ଅଭିଯୋଗ ବିଭାଗ ଇଷ୍ଟେଟ୍‌ ଯୁଗ୍ମ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଦେଶକ ମାନସ ରଞ୍ଜନ ସାମଲ ବିଏମ୍‌ସି କମିସନରଙ୍କୁ ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛନ୍ତି।ଘଟଣା ଅନୁଯାୟୀ ବିଏମ୍‌ସିର ସମସ୍ତ ୬୭ ୱାର୍ଡରେ ୱାର୍ଡ ଅଫିସ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା ହୋଇଥିଲା। ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟାୟରେ ୩୦ ୱାର୍ଡ ଅଫିସ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ବିଏମ୍‌ସି ଟେଣ୍ଡର ଡାକିଥିଲା। ଏହାରି ଭିତରେ ବଡ଼ଗଡ଼ରେ ଏହି ୫୭ ନଂ ୱାର୍ଡର ଅଫିସ ରହିଥିଲା। ବଡ଼ଗଡ଼ ମୌଜାର ଖାତା ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୧୬୧୬ ଓ ପ୍ଲଟ ସଂଖ୍ୟା ୪୨୩୪(ପାର୍ଟ ପ୍ଲଟ୍‌)ରେ ଥିବା ୦.୦୫୨ଡିସିମିଲି ଜମିରେ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏଠାରେ ମଲ୍ଟି ପରପଜ ୟୁଟିଲିଟି ସେଣ୍ଟର ସହ ୱାର୍ଡ ଅଫିସ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ଜମିକୁ ଗୃହ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଓ ନଗର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ବିଭାଗ ନାମରେ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ବିଏମ୍‌ସି ଜିଏ ବିଭାଗକୁ ଆବେଦନ କରିଥିଲା। ଏହି ଆବେଦନକୁ ଜିଏ ଖାରଜ କରିବା ସହ ଏଭଳି ଚିଠି ଲେଖିଛି। ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଏଠାରେ ଏକ ଡାକଘର ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରସ୍ତାବ ରହିଥିବା ‌ଲେଖିଛି। ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ ବ୍ରିଟ୍‌ କଲୋନି ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଏହି ୱାର୍ଡ ଅଫିସ ନିର୍ମାଣ ନେଇ ଅଭି‌ଯୋଗ ରହିଥିବା ଚିଠିରେ ଉଲ୍ଲେଖ ଅଛି। ସୂଚନାଯୋଗ୍ୟ, ବିଏମ୍‌ସି ୱାର୍ଡ ଅଫିସ ପାଇଁ ‌ଯୋଜନା କରିଥିଲେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଅନେକ ୱାର୍ଡରେ ଜମି ନଥିଲା। ୱାର୍ଡ ଅଫିସ ନିର୍ମାଣ ଆରମ୍ଭ ହୋଇ ପାରିନଥିଲା। ୩ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ମାତ୍ର ୫ଟି ୱାର୍ଡ ଅଫିସର ନିର୍ମାଣ ସମ୍ଭବ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଏହି ୱାର୍ଡ ଅଫିସ୍‌ ନିର୍ମାଣ ପାଇଁ ୪୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ୭ ହଜାର ୮୯୩ ଟଙ୍କା ଖର୍ଚ୍ଚ ଆକଳନ କରାଯାଇଥିଲା। ୩୦ ୱାର୍ଡ ଅଫିସ୍‌ ପାଇଁ ମୋଟ ୧୪ କୋଟି ୩୭ ଲକ୍ଷ ୩୦ ହଜାର ବ୍ୟୟ ଅଟକଳ ହୋଇଥିଲା। ଗୋଟିଏ ଢାଞ୍ଚାରେ ଏ ସବୁ ନିର୍ମାଣ ହେବାକୁ ଯୋଜନା ହେବା ସହ ୩ ମାସ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ସାରିବାକୁ ଲକ୍ଷ୍ୟ ଥିଲା। ସୂଚନାଥାଉକି ବିଜେଡ଼ି ସରକାର ସମୟରେ ରାଜଧାନୀର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ୱାର୍ଡ଼ରେ ପୂର୍ବତନ ହେଉ କିମ୍ବା ବର୍ତମାନର କର୍ପୋରେଟରମାନେ ପୁଳା ପୁଳା ସରକାରୀ ଜମି ମାଡ଼ିବସି କେଉଁଠି ପାର୍ଟି ଅଫିସ୍ ତ ପୁଣି କେଉଁଠି ନିଜ ପାଇଁ ଘର ଓ ବ୍ୟବସାୟୀଙ୍କ ପେଣ୍ଠସ୍ଥଳି ତିଆରି କରିଛନ୍ତି। ଏହା ବ୍ୟତିତ ଅନେକ ଲୋକପ୍ରତିନିଧି ବସ୍ତି ଜମି ମାଡ଼ିବସି ‌ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ବୋପା ସମ୍ପତିଭଳି ବିକ୍ରିକରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି। ଏମିତିକି ଭିଏସଏସ୍ ନଗରରେ ରେଳବାଇ ଜମି ବିକ୍ରି‌କରିଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ସେଠାକାର ଲୋକପ୍ରତିନିଧି ।  ସ୍ବର ଉଠାଇଲେ ବିଜେଡ଼ି ଲୋକ ବୋଲି ତାଉ ଦେଖାଉଥିଲେ। ବର୍ତମାନ ବିଜେପି ସରକାର ହେବାପରେ ଏହି ଲୋକପ୍ରତିନିଧି ବର୍ତମାନ ପେଡ଼ି ଭିତରେ ପଶିଯାଇଛନ୍ତି। ଯାହାନେଇ କିଛି ଜମି କେଳେଙ୍କାରୀ କର୍ପୋରେଟରମାନଙ୍କ ବିରୋଧରେ ଏନବିପିସି କୋର୍ଟରେ ମାମଲା କରିବା ବ‌ୋଲି ଜଣାପଡ଼ିଛି।

A final decision in this regard will be taken after the meeting of the standing committee. According to the plan, ward offices were to be built in all 67 wards of the BMC. In the initial phase, the BMC had invited tenders for the construction of 30 ward offices. In the meantime, the office of Ward No. 57 was located in Badagada. The construction work was started on 0.052 cms of land in account number 1616 and plot number 4234 (part plot) of Badagada mouza. The BMC had applied to the GA department to rename the land as Housing and Urban Development Department for the construction of a multi-purpose utility centre and ward office here. The GA has rejected the petition. A post office is proposed to be built here. On the other hand, there is a complaint against the construction of this ward office by the Brit Colony Development Council. It is to be noted that the BMC had planned for a ward office but did not have land in many wards. The construction of the building could not be started. Within 3 months, only 5 ward officers could be created. The cost of construction of this ward office was estimated at Rs 47 lakh 7 thousand 893. A total of 14 crore 37 lakh 30 thousand was spent on 30 ward offices. The project was planned to be completed in three months. During the tenure of the BJD government, corporators, whether former or present, in different wards of the capital have destroyed government land, built party offices and houses for themselves. Apart from this, many people's representatives have sold the slum land to the people as bogus property. The people's representatives have sold the railway land in VSS Nagar. He raised his voice to show that he was a BJP man. At present, the BJP government is in power. However, it is learnt that the NBPC will file a case in the court against some landless corporators.
