ଘରୋଇ ହୋଟେଲରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥି ଭାବେ ଓମ୍‌ଫେଡ୍‌ର ପରିଚାଳନା ନିର୍ଦେଶକ ଶ୍ରୀ ବିଜୟ ଅମୃତା କୁଲାଙ୍ଗେ ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ ।

ସହିତ ଓଡିଶାର ପାରମ୍ପାରିକ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଛେନାପୋଡକୁ ସମଗ୍ର ବିଶ୍ୱରେ ଆଦୃତ କରାଇବା ପାଇଁ ଓମ୍‌ଫେଡ୍ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ପାଳିତ ହେଉଛି ଛେନାପୋଡ ଦିବସ । ଏହା ଯେ କେବଳ
ଜନସାଧାରଣଙ୍କର ପ୍ରିୟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ, ତାହା ନୁହେଁ, ଦୁଗ୍ଧ ଜାତୀୟ ଜିନିଷ ଜଗତର ନାଥ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥଙ୍କଠାରୁ ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ବିଭିନ୍ନ ଦେବାଦେବୀଙ୍କ ନିକଟରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ଭୋଗ କରାଯାଏ । ତେଣୁ
ଏହାକୁ ସ୍ୱାଦିଷ୍ଠ, ସାତ୍ୱିକ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଭାବେ ଗ୍ରହଣ କରାଯାଏ । ପୁରାଣ ଯୁଗରୁ ପ୍ରଭୁ ଶ୍ରୀକୃ୩⁄୪ଙ୍କର ଦୁଗ୍ଧ, ସର, ଲବଣି ଆଦି ପ୍ରିୟ ଖାଦ୍ୟ ଥିବା ସମସ୍ତେ ଜାଣନ୍ତି । ସ୍ୱୟଂ ଜଗତରନାଥ ଜଗନ୍ନାଥ
