ଫୁଲବାଣୀ,୫ ।୨: ପ୍ରବାଦ ପୁରୁଷ ବିଜୁ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ଭଳି ସାହାସୀ ଓ ଦୃଢ଼ମନା ହେବାକୁ କନ୍ଧମାଳ ସାଂସଦ ଅଚ୍ୟୁତ ସାମନ୍ତ ଯୁବଗୋଷ୍ଠୀଙ୍କୁ ଆହ୍ୱାନ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି । ବିଜେଡ଼ି ପକ୍ଷରୁ ଆଜି କନ୍ଧମାଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ବିଭିନ୍ନ ସ୍ଥାନରେ ପ୍ରବାଦ ପୁରୁଷ ବିଜୁ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକଙ୍କ ଜୟନ୍ତୀ ପାଳିତ ହୋଇଛି । ସାଂସଦ ଶ୍ରୀ ସାମନ୍ତ ଆଜି ସକାଳେ ବିଜୁ ପଟ୍ଟନାୟକ ଛକରେ ଥିବା ବିଜୁବାବୁଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତିମୂର୍ତ୍ତିରେ ମାଲ୍ୟାର୍ପଣ କରି ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାସୁମନ ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଗଣଦୌଡ଼କୁ ସେ ପତାକା ଦେଖାଇ ଶୁଭାରମ୍ଭ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଫୁଲବାଣୀ ବିଧାୟକ ଅଙ୍ଗଦ କହଁର, କନ୍ଧମାଳ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପରିଷଦ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ରୋଦନ ମଲ୍ଲିକ, ବିଜେଡ଼ି କନ୍ଧମାଳ ପର୍ଯ୍ୟବେକ୍ଷକ ବିଜୟ ନାୟକ, ବିଜେଡ଼ି ରାଜ୍ୟ ସାଧାରଣ ସମ୍ପାଦକ ସରୋଜ କର୍ଣ୍ଣ, ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମହିଳା ବିଜେଡ଼ି ସଭାପତି ଅନିମା କହଁର ଓ ରାଜ୍ୟ ମହିଳା ବିଜେଡ଼ି ସାଧାରଣ ସମ୍ପାଦକ ପୁନମ୍‍ କହଁର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ବିଜୁବାବୁଙ୍କୁ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଅର୍ପଣ କରିଥିଲେ । ଜି. ଉଦୟଗିରି ନିର୍ବାଚନମଣ୍ଡଳୀ ବିଜେଡ଼ି ପକ୍ଷରୁ  ଜି. ଉଦୟଗିରି ଶ୍ରୀରାମପଦା ମିନି ଷ୍ଟାଡ଼ିୟମ୍‍ରେ ପ୍ରବାଦ ପୁରୁଷ ବିଜୁବାବୁଙ୍କ ଜୟନ୍ତୀ ମହା ସମାରୋହରରେ ପାଳିତ ହୋଇଥିଲା । ଏଥିରେ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥିଭାବେ  ସାଂସଦ ଶ୍ରୀ ସାମନ୍ତ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ବିଜୁବାବୁଙ୍କୁ ଶ୍ରଦ୍ଧାଞ୍ଜଳି ଅର୍ପଣ କରି ଶ୍ରୀ ସାମନ୍ତ କହିଲେ, ବିଜୁବାବୁ ଜଣେ ଅତି ସାହାସୀ ଓ ଦୃଢ଼ମନା ବ୍ୟକ୍ତି ଥିଲେ । ସେ ଯାହା ଚିନ୍ତା କରୁଥିଲେ ତାହାକୁ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ପରଣିତ କରି ଦେଖାଉଥିଲେ । ସେ ସବୁବେଳେ ଓଡ଼ିଶା ଓ ଓଡ଼ିଆଙ୍କ ବିକାଶ କଥା ଚିନ୍ତା କରୁଥିଲେ । ବିଜୁବାବୁ ଥିଲେ ଆଧୁନିକ ଓଡ଼ିଶାର ନିର୍ମାତା । ବିଜୁବାବୁଙ୍କ ଭଳି ପ୍ରତ୍ୟେକ ଓଡ଼ିଆ ଯୁବକ ସାହସୀ ଓ ଦୃଢ଼ମନା ହେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଥିଲେ । ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ସେ ମହାନ ଜନନାୟକ ତଥା ପ୍ରବାଦ ପୁରୁଷ ବିଜୁବାବୁଙ୍କୁ ଭାରତ ରତ୍ନ ପ୍ରଦାନ ପାଇଁ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦୀଙ୍କୁ ଅନୁରୋଧ କରିଥିଲେ । ବିଜେଡ଼ି ନେତା ଟୁନା ଦାସଙ୍କ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷତାରେ ଅନୁଷ୍ଠିତ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ବିଜେଡ଼ି ଜିଲ୍ଲା ପର୍ଯ୍ୟବେକ୍ଷକ ବିଜୟ ନାୟକ, ଜି.ଉଦୟଗିରି ଏନଏସି ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ଦେବସ୍ମିତା ଶତପଥୀ, ରାଇକିଆ ବ୍ଲକ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ ପ୍ରୀତମ ପ୍ରଧାନ, ଟିକାବାଲି ବ୍ଲକ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ, ଦାରିଙ୍ଗିବାଡ଼ି ବ୍ଲକ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷ, ବିଜେଡ଼ି ବାଲିଗୁଡ଼ା ଏନ୍‍ଏସି ସଭାପତି ପି. ସଞ୍ଜୀବ ପାତ୍ର ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ଏଥିରେ ବାଲିଗୁଡ଼ା ନିର୍ବାଚନ ମଣ୍ଡଳୀରୁ ୧୫ହଜାରରୁ ଊର୍ଦ୍ଧ୍ୱ ଜନସାଧାରଣ ଯୋଗ ଦେଇଥିଲେ । ପରେ ସାଂସଦ ଶ୍ରୀ ସାମନ୍ତ ଘୁ. ଉଦୟଗିରି ବ୍ଲକରେ ନୂତନ ପଞ୍ଚାୟତ ଅଫିସ୍‍ ଓ ଆଇସିଡ଼ିଏସ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟାଳୟ ପରିଦର୍ଶନ କରିବା ସହ ମହିଳା ସ୍ୱୟଂ ସହାୟକ ଗୋଷ୍ଠୀ ପାଇଁ ସ୍କୁଟି ଯୋଜନାରେ ମହିଳାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍କୁଟି ପାଇଁ ଚେକ୍‍ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରିଥିଲେ । ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ କନ୍ଧମାଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ମିଶନ୍‍ ଶକ୍ତି ସଭାପତି କୁମୁଦିନୀ ଦିଗାଲ, ଘୁ. ଉଦୟଗିରି ବ୍ଲକ ଅଧ୍ୟକ୍ଷା ସୁଷମା ପ୍ରଧାନ ଓ ବିଡ଼ିଓ ମନୋଜ କୁମାର ଦେବତା ପ୍ରମୁଖ ଉପସ୍ଥିତ ଥିଲେ । କନ୍ଧମାଳ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପରିଷଦ ପକ୍ଷରୁ ବାଲିଗୁଡ଼ାଠାରେ ଆୟୋଜିତ ଜିଲ୍ଲାସ୍ତରୀୟ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ଉପକରଣ ବଣ୍ଟନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମରେ ଶ୍ରୀ ସାମନ୍ତ ମୁଖ୍ୟ ଅତିଥିଭାବେ ଯୋଗଦେଇ ୪ଟି ବ୍ଲକର କ୍ରୀଡ଼ାବିତ୍‍ଙ୍କୁ କ୍ରୀଡ଼ା ଉପକରଣ ବଣ୍ଟନ କରିଥିଲେ .
